X Reply to other people's tweets IC with "@username messagewordsetc". Leave your own username in the subject so they don't have to track it down to reply.
X In true Twitter form, IT CAN ONLY BE UP TO 140 CHARACTERS. And, yes, threadjacking is so encouraged.
