rainy days meme
it's raining. it's raining so hard that you're stuck inside, because you're just not even going to chance venturing out there when it's so cozy in here.

at least you have company, right?

WHAT HAPPENS:
1. → you comment with your character.
2. → roll a number from 1-9. this is the activity the two of you seem to be in the middle of doing or just compelled to do.
3. → tag people and be merry.

THE NUMBERS
1 → board games. what it says on the tin. monopoly, connect four, whathaveyou. you suddenly feel really competitive.
2 → hide and seek. basically. one of you is It. how good are you at getting back to base?
3 → watching a movie. or anything else that involves you, the other person, and getting cozy under a blanket. god it's so warm why would you ever leave.
4 → baking. please don't burn anything down.
5 → arts and crafts. scrapbooking. paper snowflakes/turkeys/whatever. popsicle stick houses. if you made it when you were little and at summer camp, you're suddenly really really excited about doing it again! if only this other guy would quit hogging the glue.
6 → oops went outside anyway. wow you rebel. puddle away.
7 → cozy snack time. soup?? cocoa????? CHIPS??
8 → stuck. in the rain. too bad.
9 → whatever the hell you want. rng just can't contain all this rainy day EXCITEMENT. the only requirement is rain. you can even fuck in the rain, but you'll probably get sick.

[Jeyne gives it a look over. Really, Ygritte? Her lips twitch.]

Didn't we watch something like this last time?

No... [She says it even though she knows it's true.] What do you want to watch then?

[nursings]

It's fine. Maybe they'll get hurt and I can practice my nursing skills. [She's a pushover, but why not. She turns the TV on. ]
Besides you're doing that face.

[byfire]

What face? I don't make a face.

[nursings]

You get all hopeful like a puppy and I cave in. You're just like Rollam. [she snorts, before a particularly loud bolt of thunder echoes outside. jeyne whistles a little.]

Well that was loud.

[byfire]

I do not! [There's nothing puppy about her.]

It's just a storm.

[nursings]

[Right, more like crazy rabid dog. Lovable rabid dog.

Jeyne puts the movie in and nods, though she doesn't really like sudden noises like that. She gets fidgety. ]

Want some popcorn?

[byfire]

[Exactly.]

Sure. Popcorn sounds good to me.

[nursings]

[She nods, before getting up, shaking her hair out a little, really, she's glad Ygritte has hair as wild as hers, and walks into her little kitchen, grabbing a bag and pressing buttons in the microwave]

So how've you been?

[byfire]

Adjusting to being here. I miss the cold.

[nursings]

I know. [ she gives her a sympathetic look before she takes out the popcorn, putting it in a bowl and handing it to Ygritte before plops down next to her as the credits start.]

I miss California.

[byfire]

[Ygritte sits sprawled out on the couch in the most unladylike fashion. Teach her your lady like ways Jeyne. Someday.]

California is too hot.

[nursings]

[Jeyne just muffles a snort, smiling at her with a quirked brow before she scoffs. ]

Is not. And it's not as stiff as it is here. [Except well, if you were a Westerling I guess it turned out that way.]
Anyway there's this thing called a beach, and you go out and swim and eat outside...

[byfire]

[You get a smack to the arm with a pillow.] I know what a beach is. I'm not that sheltered.

[nursings]

[Jeyne makes a face at her, throwing a few pieces of popcorn at her. Go on Ygritte try to catch them with your mouth you know you want to.]

Then you can come with me when I visit sometime.

[byfire]

[Oh and she catches all of them because she's good like that.]

Too hot. [Nose wrinkle.]

[nursings]

[Jeyne laughs; shoving a few into her mouth as she watches the screen.]

You'll melt in the sun like a snowman then.

[byfire]

I bet Robb Stark prefers the cold. [Smirky]

[nursings]

[she opens her mouth then shuts it. she barely knows the guy!]

Why would he have anything to do with this conversation...?

I do not know. [Another smirk.] I saw you talking to him. And you were blushing.

[nursings]

[Woman why are you doing this. She opens her mouth again and then decides to shove popcorn in her mouth. And she's blushing now. She's always blushing. ]

I blush at everything. [..That was not the right thing to say.]

[byfire]

True. Maybe it's because of California.

[nursings]

..E-Exactly!
[a pause]
Unlike me, who will probably live in the hospital for the rest of her life..are you..you know? Anyone?

[byfire]

Wouldn't you like to know.

[nursings]

There's got to be someone. [she makes a face.]
I mean you'd tell me, wouldn't you?
