So you need a vacation. The weather's nice, so why not hit the beach?



So here are the rules:

1. Comment with your character and put their name and canon in the subject line.
2. Do beach stuff with whoever threads with you. Go tanning. Collect seashells. Have a picnic. Swim. Surf. Visit the little resort. Almost drown. Reenact Baywatch. Get stranded at sea in a canoe. Day or night. Do your own thing.
3. There is no need for RNG here, just have fun. :)

[It's easy when you're sitting.] You swear to kill me at least twice a month, and yet I'm alive. [No one else on the beach can smirk, because he's using all of the available smirkage. Until she starts to slip.] Stop squirming, you don't want to fall on the sand.

Well, I mean it this time. I am creative enough that nobody will doubt when I say it was all an accident. [people are probably staring but screw them.] I said put me down, not drop me!

You're the one squirming! [Both hands come up, trying to steady her. He's starting to be out of breath. He's in good shape, but she's big and he's old.]

I'm not anymore! [she tries to cling to him but it's too late and wow does a facefull of sand really suck. She sputters and coughs, holding her head.

[Jaime just picks her up onto her feet and starts pushing toward the water, laughing. They're at the edge now, shouldn't be hard.]

[and again with the dragging. She tries to dig her heels in to stop and throw him down on the sand but she doesn't get the chance and she's still blinking sand away.] don't you dare...

[Jaime just grabs her around the waist and picks her up again (which is not easy she's super tall okay), splashing knee-deep into the water before he sets her down.]

[its not often she is picked up like this. At all. Ever. It's downright - strange. She doesn't struggle this time, but once he sets her down she grins and gives him a large shove.]

[He stumbles, laughing, but doesn't fall.] Hey, no normal person comes to the beach to read.
