rainy days meme
it's raining. it's raining so hard that you're stuck inside, because you're just not even going to chance venturing out there when it's so cozy in here.

at least you have company, right?

WHAT HAPPENS:
1. → you comment with your character.
2. → roll a number from 1-9. this is the activity the two of you seem to be in the middle of doing or just compelled to do.
3. → tag people and be merry.

THE NUMBERS
1 → board games. what it says on the tin. monopoly, connect four, whathaveyou. you suddenly feel really competitive.
2 → hide and seek. basically. one of you is It. how good are you at getting back to base?
3 → watching a movie. or anything else that involves you, the other person, and getting cozy under a blanket. god it's so warm why would you ever leave.
4 → baking. please don't burn anything down.
5 → arts and crafts. scrapbooking. paper snowflakes/turkeys/whatever. popsicle stick houses. if you made it when you were little and at summer camp, you're suddenly really really excited about doing it again! if only this other guy would quit hogging the glue.
6 → oops went outside anyway. wow you rebel. puddle away.
7 → cozy snack time. soup?? cocoa????? CHIPS??
8 → stuck. in the rain. too bad.
9 → whatever the hell you want. rng just can't contain all this rainy day EXCITEMENT. the only requirement is rain. you can even fuck in the rain, but you'll probably get sick.

For some reason I am not surprised. [she's the one who comes prepared but she likes the rain.

It's more fun to stand around in the snow.

I wish it was snow. [she smiles against his lips.] Snow I can handle a lot better. [maybe she means a jon snow or actual snow.]

Does it ever snow here?

Maybe. Probably.

[he starts finger-combing her hair.]

My family didn't move here until after I left for school. We usually go back to Alaska for the holidays.

[possibly for the snow.]

It hasn't since I moved here but.. it's barely been a year. [she smiles at the hair caresses, it's a smile only for him.]

Even though I love the snow there, I don't think I'll go back to Canada.

[she smacks him.] There's nothing wrong with liking my burgers a little bloody.

I can see why you'd risk the broken healthcare system.

[she laughs too.] Don't tell me you're going to defect and become a Canadian.

They always thought Robb would be the one to cause a scandal.

But I always knew it'd be you, Jon Snow. [she teases before moving so she can kiss him properly because kissing in the rain is the best.]

[she reaches up to comb her fingers through his hair but just the tiny bit that sticks out under his hat, tugging a little.]

Well, what would the media think of you carrying on with someone like me?

Another? [cue a skeptical look but she gives him another kiss, pulling him closer as she starts to feel a bit of the chill from being in the rain. but it's nothing compared to snow.] There's been one before?
